Payments & Returns

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS: Payments for services can be made in cash or by credit card via Stripe. Credit card payments will be processed immediately. Payment is expected before the time of service. 

DELIVERY TIME: All clients will be contacted within 48 hours of making payments to schedule training and nutrition programs start dates. 

RETURNS: Once payment has received, the consumer has 24 hours to request a refund for all purchases. ADEPT WORLD WIDE,LLC  reserves the discretion  terminate business with clients at any time. Once payment for services has been made, clients are responsible for using the pre-paid sessions within 6 months of purchase. If you would like to terminate training or coaching session, please send a termination email 30 days prior to the date of termination to aj.adeptconsulting@gmail.com.  All unused funds for pre-paid training session will be refunded within 60 days of termination notification.

TAXES & FEES: All digital products and personal training services purchases are subject to 8% consumption tax.
